1. PREAMBLE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings made with the MODE PARIS APARTHOTEL residence, operated by the company SAS HOTELIERE LEROUX (Registered office: 6 rue Leroux, 75116 Paris). They prevail over any other document. The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms before validating their booking.

2. BOOKING

A booking is considered firm and final upon receipt of the confirmation email and validation of the bank guarantee (or prepayment depending on the rate). The client declares that the booking is for personal (or professional) purposes and that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. RATES AND TAXES

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including VAT. Tourist Tax: It is not included in the displayed price and must be paid on-site according to the current rate set by the City of Paris (per person and per night).

4. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

• Flexible Rate: Payment is made on-site. A credit card is required to guarantee the booking (pre-authorization is possible).
• Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking. The website uses a secure payment system. In the event of a bank refusal, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

6. ARRIVAL (CHECK-IN) AND DEPARTURE (CHECK-OUT)

Arrival: From 3:00 PM. Early Check-in options are available subject to availability:

Departure: Departure must take place before 11:00 AM, unless prior written confirmation is provided by the team (email or WhatsApp).

In the event of an unauthorized Late Check-out:

• Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50.00 EUR per hour for a Studio / 100.00 EUR per hour for an Apartment.
• After 3:00 PM: A full night will be charged at the current daily rate.

7. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Due to the provision of private equipment (kitchenette, furniture), a security deposit of 350.00 EUR will be required upon arrival (credit card pre-authorization). It will be released upon departure, minus any damages or restoration costs.

8. RELOCATION

In the event of an exceptional occurrence or the inability to provide the reserved apartment, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate the client, for all or part of the stay, in an establishment of equivalent or superior category located nearby. Any additional cost remains the responsibility of the establishment.

9. OCCUPANCY AND CONDUCT

The establishment is strictly NON-SMOKING (including electronic cigarettes). In case of non-compliance, an indemnity corresponding to the cost of an additional night (current rate) will be charged for deodorization costs and the loss of revenue due to the apartment being out of service. Parties are strictly prohibited. Any behavior contrary to public morals or disturbing public order will lead the establishment to ask the client to leave the premises without any compensation or refund.

10. LIABILITY

The establishment cannot be held liable for the theft or damage of personal effects that were not placed in the apartment’s safe or entrusted to the reception.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The establishment’s obligations will be suspended in the event of force majeure (unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event) preventing the execution of the contract (e.g., fire, flood, administrative prohibition).

12. DATA PROTECTION

The client is informed that their data is subject to computer processing (see our Privacy Policy). They have a right of access and rectification by writing to reservations@modeparisaparthotel.com. French residents may also register on the Bloctel do-not-call list.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND MEDIATION
