Terms and Conditions

Mode Paris Aparthotel

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Mode Paris Aparthotel, operated by SAS HOTELIERE LEROUX, and its guests. Every reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

1. Booking and Guarantee

A reservation becomes effective upon confirmation by our services and validation of a credit card guarantee. The guest agrees to provide accurate information at the time of booking.

2. Rates and Taxes

Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including VAT. The Tourist Tax (city tax fixed by the City of Paris) is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon arrival or departure.

3. Payment Conditions

  • Flexible Rate: Payment is due upon arrival. A credit card pre-authorization may be requested to guarantee the stay.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: The total amount is charged at the time of booking. No refund is possible in case of cancellation.

4. Cancellation and Modification

  • Flexible Option: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the first night will be charged.
  • Non-Refundable Option: This offer does not allow any modification or refund.
  • No-Show: In case of a no-show, the total amount of the stay (or the first night depending on the rate) will be charged.

5. Check-in and Check-out

The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Early Check-in:

Studio: 150 EUR (8am – 11am) | 100 EUR (11am – 1pm)
Apartment: 250 EUR (8am – 11am) | 150 EUR (11am – 1pm)

Unauthorized Late Check-out:

  • Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50 EUR/hour (Studio) | 100 EUR/hour (Apartment).
  • After 3:00 PM: A full night’s stay will be charged at the daily rate.

6. Security Deposit

A security deposit of 350.00 EUR (credit card pre-authorization) is required upon arrival to cover potential damages or incidental costs found upon departure.

7. House Rules and Conduct

Mode Paris Aparthotel is a strictly NON-SMOKING establishment. Any violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee equivalent to one additional night’s stay.

The tranquility of our residents is our priority; parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.

9. Mediation and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, and after contacting the management of the establishment without obtaining a satisfactory response, the guest may contact the consumer mediator:
